About this product

Made from the foreleg or "paleta" (shoulder) of country grown iberian pigs, fattened on acorns ("bellotas" in Spanish), diet supplemented with commercial feeds.


With a curing process of more than 20 months.


It`s an excellent product but logically the quality is somewhat inferior to a ( red band ) D.O. iberian foreleg.


The quality and curing time are certified by the "GUIJUELO" origin denomination (D.O).
